Terrible experience with this sneaky company that boasts about "no hidden fees or surprises", but hides everything in their Terms and Conditions. No different than other networks, other than slower speeds, dead zones, and oh yeah, surprise roaming charges. Their bait-and-switch referral program is convoluted and needs to be better communicated. I referred 3 people and only got credit for 1 because of the poor communication from this communication company - such a joke.

Long story short- employee damaged my phone and sent me to warranty centre. they refused to touch it and tried to send me back to store where it was damaged. I have been without a phone for over a month due to an employee's carelessness. The only reason I was sent a loaner was because I threatened a complaint with BBB. No resolution a month later. Loaner has been sitting at store for 4 days awaiting pick up. They have been calling broken phone to notify...DUHHHHHH??!?!?

THIS SPECIFIC WIND MOBILE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE KNOWN TO MAN ! THEY HAD A OPENING FOR A POSITION THAT MY HUSBAND WAS FULLY QUALIFIED FOR, BUT DID THEY HIRE HIM? NO! THEY THOUGHT IT WOULD BE BEST FOR BUSINESS TO HIRE 2 PEOPLE THAT HAVE NO BUSINESS SKILL OR PEOPLE SKILLS! WHENEVER YOU CALL A BUSINESS TO ASK FOR HELP OR HAVE QUESTIONS THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO START OFF BY SAYING "HI WIND MOBILE, HOW MAY I HELP YOU?" NOT JUST "HI..." IM NOT CALLING YOUR PERSONAL PHONE BUDDY, YOU ARE REPRESENTING A COMPANY, SO LEARN HOW TO DO YOUR JOB OR YOU WILL GET COMPLAINED ABOUT AND POSSIBLY FIRED !!
