I went in person to book a nail appt on my lunch hour. I asked for availability for that day and the next. There was nothing today but there was an opening at lunch the following day. So the next day I returned at lunch for my appt and was rudely told no. I hadn't booked anything, that it was my fault and they had waited for me at lunch the day prior when I booked and I hadn't showed. I explained why would I have booked an appt and walked away. She brushed me off. Would never go back.

Not Happy

Had partial highlights done on my hair, I have light brown hair, I said i did not like red tones, and the highlights turned out brassy. When I was ready to pay they acted like they were not sure how much to charge, and it ended up being very expensive for what was done. I am not going back.
