Clean fresh produce good selection of organic.

Waited in line at customer service for over half an hour while the manager stood around watching the staff but not doing anything.

I have agree with croo6991 I don't know what happened to James st site but you really get the sense that they just don't care. The store is dirty and customer service has fallen as well.They have even raised prices and some of the foods are spoiled or way past date. I just don't know.

Avoid Metro on River unless you enjoy waiting in line for up to 45 minutes.

Someone should take a walk around the premises and see the garbage cigarette butts. The james street stretch is disgusting. Is there no corporate pride anymore?
