Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great customer service made it very quick and easy. Only thing is for your northern cars I find it very unsafe to have all seasons. Paying for a car that makes you very unsafe to drive on the roads is frustrating.

Very bad experience. They found a loose vent on the front bumper when I returned the vehicle. They made me pay for a new bumper (almost $1000.00)no scratches, no marks, no accident whatsoever. When I asked them, they failed to present any photos of the repair or invoices from the body shop. I wonder how many victims have paid, after me for the same loose part on that white Hyundai...
