    No one answers the phone and the online chat cannot find a live representative. Yish. What are we supposed to do?

    No description worse than ‘terrible, is offered here, otherwise I would’ve chosen it. I made the switch from Bell Canada to Eastlink thinking I could improve on the services I was getting. What a big mistake that was! This is the worst TV, phone & internet provider you could ever encounter on the entire planet.. and I am not exaggerating. STAY AWAY !!!! YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!!

    I called this morning at 930am to fix my cable box and they were here at 1130am the very same day. Wow very good service at Eastlink and I will always stay with Eastlink. Thank You for your good service.
