Communicated via text yesterday making an enquiry for an ice cream cake. Had no idea what I wanted even though I repeated it three times kept telling about me about their ice cream cookie cake and I then said ice cream cakes similar to Baskin Robbins. Their response was that they were not familiar with their products So in my frustration I said don’t bother I will find another shop and they replied I think that’s best. So much confusion for an ice cream cake ?
