Not bad price, courteous service but every time I send my x5 it comes back missing fasteners of some kind .I believe if you take something apart and your competent put it back the same.Last experience putting on a tensioner and idler pulley the broke a fitting on my upper rad hose that cost me a extra $200.00. They said it was brittle ,but they put a rad in 3 months prior and it was ok then. They also used the wrong fasteners on the lower shroud . My upper engine cover is still missing screws.
