RBC Royal Bank Branch

This bank has steadily gone downhill! Long line-ups (always over 10 min.) and employees that always need help from other employees. Even at the end of the month when all the cheques are in, you're lucky to have 3 tellers! This bank is NOT the bank of 10 years ago!

Very busy bank, grossly understaffed with limited to no customer consideration. The employees exhibit and express utter unhappiness. With the huge profits shown annually, I cannot excuse the way customers and staff are disregarded by the banking institution. Shameful!
