I had a fabulous shopping experience for my Hyundai Sonata. Mike the sales person was so very helpful, courteous. I felt no pressure and purchasing my car was quick and problem free. He did a follow to ensure I had no problems with my car and he answered the questions I had. Dealing with CHM was one of the BEST car buying experiences I have ever had! They were honest, respectful, knowledgable and courteous. I had a great experience working with Phil, he should be the example for all sales personnel! I never felt pressured, he answered my questions truthfully, informed me about the car and the company. To be honest, I did not intend on buying a Lincoln, I was just investigating my options. But thanks to Phil, I did purchase a Lincoln MKC. He made the process not only
