Clera Windows and Doors

Will not back work. Damaged private property, permanent damage to my siding and refused to repair. Their contractor aka Brother used the wrong tool for the job and tore open the siding to which they “patched up” using caulking. Left an unsightly mess. Claimed the products was examined throughly prior to installation, which it had not been. Product installed damaged. Photo 1 shows damage to siding. Photo 2 shows damage and patch job over damaged cedar siding.

Have only good things to say about Roger and his team at Clera Stratford. We had some windows, doors and our siding done and they look fantastic. The installers were polite and professional.
