I should have went somewhere else.

There were several scratches on my laptop at pickup. When asked about it their first response was to say that the scratches are small. They then said there's no proof they weren't already there. Then here's the kicker: they then said that if this was a sensitivity, I should've told them before - as if wanting them to not scratch my laptop is a special request. They also asked "what about those fingerprints you're making now?" as if that's comparable to indented scratches. I'm completely stunned.
