Park Lane Limousine Services & Limo Buses

Used this company for my wedding many years ago. Made arrangements for my family to be picked up following the reception, but the limo did not arrive to pick them up. The company was unreachable by phone that night and refused to compensate me when I followed up afterwards. Would not recommend this company.

Used their services for a wedding. No air conditioning. Handles falling off,and speakers not working. Absolutely filthy and driver was rude and rushed us so he could get to his next client . Worst limo I have ever been in. Shocking that these guys are still in business.

The worst limo experience you'll ever have

Highlights of our experience for my friend's wedding: - 90 minutes late - repeatedly lied about being "almost there" and then stopped answering his phone - locked himself in the car when we called head office, then tried to drive away - tried to insist on only being paid in cash - told the bride she would have to stop at an ATM for said cash ON THE WAY TO HER WEDDING - did not understand directions, maps, highways, or onramps - over an hour late to the wedding!!! - refused to provide his name

Horrible experience. Booked the hummer limo for a concert. Missed the opening acts, got there as the main act was on. Nothing worked in the car. Waited 45 min to get picked up. Car was a rusted old heap. Paid good money for bad service. Hit a bump on the way home and the interior lights came on. Driver got lost twice. I could go on forever. HORRIBLE.

Nothing was working including the AC and windows on a very hot day! The driver was miserable didnt hold his hand out for the wedding party to help in and out of the car. Stickers pealing completely rusted, rough drive. Old run down car! Never again!!

The worst service EVER!!! 1. Unfriendly driver is 45 minutes late!!! 2. At the time of booking they didn't inform about Standard Gratitude of 17% as well as 6% Fuel Surcharge. That adds 23% more to the cost. They give you a quote over the phone WITHOUT additional charges, get your $100 credit card authorization and ONLY THEN let you know about additional charges. 3. The driver tells the passengers of "Prestige limo" to close the door themselves. 4. The driver went to wrong address.

I really wish I'd listened to my gut on this one - we booked a limo for our wedding and had it in writing that we booked 3 hours of unlimited trips, shuttling our guests from the photo location to the wedding venue - about a 10 minute trip in regular traffic. Our initial pickups went well, but then the limo driver disappeared with our wedding party flowers in the trunk and did not return for over an hour. The negative reviews across different websites aren't wrong - buyer beware!

I had the worst experience with this company. We were heading to the Jays game and they were two hours late and then got a flat tire, there was no replacement bus and no offer to refund the money. The manager and company was very rude and non supportive. I would never book with this company again. Stay away!

I had the absolute WORST experience with this limo company. He tried processing my credit card once and it didn't work out so he accused me of not having the money. He was extremely reckless while driving and made the whole experience frustrating. I called to complain and they seemed to not care what I had to say. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

This company was extremely unprofessional. We heard one thing over the phone, and something completely different in person. They are extremely rude staff and refused to give out a contract without a deposit being put down first. So disappointed in this experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

These guys are unprofessional. They failed to comply with their own contract and refused a refund. Their bus was dirty and the driver inexperienced and disrespectful.

Thanks to Park Lane for making my son's bar mitzvah a huge success!I went online to read reviews almost every company had a horrible comment.My husband met Joe from Parklane.Joe assured him it was 1 difficult customer slandering.We were totally right to trust Joe-he did not let us down.He arrived early, and brought a huge party bus with flashing lights, leather couches, music, a mini bar and flat screen tv.He dropped off the kids safely and on-time.All the kids were raving about the party bus.

I have used Park Lane Limos for My Wedding August 24, 2013 We really had a great service with this company right from the start on our booking process they were very patient and have tons of limos, I personally shopped around 8 different places and by far this company had the newest limos and they were the biggest I've seen, comes the day of my service they arrived 20 minutes early driver was very patient limo was clean fresh all and all we are glad we hired them for our wedding day as we always hear horror stories about limos.

WORST CAR service ever

They provided the WORST car service we have ever used. The driver was late picking us up therefore we were late getting to a very important event. We also had some packages to go in the trunk that the driver accidentally dropped on the concrete ground. We were delayed another 10 minutes when we got to our destination because the driver had to process my credit card manually, although I had already given my credit card information over the phone when I booked the car. The driver didn’t even have a pen for me to sign with. I had to run into the event to borrow one, very embarrassing. Although we booked a round trip with this company, we called a taxi to take us home. The next day, I called the company to ensure we were only going to be charged for a one way drive & the guy that answered the phone was sleeping & could barely talk. I asked to speak to a manager & he told me there was no one I could talk to, call back on Monday & then he hung up on me. When I called back on Monday to speak to a manager I got the same person that I had woke up the previous day, he was completely rude and clearly does not know the meaning of customer service. He refused to resolve any of the issues. If you want to avoid terrible service, avoid this limo service! There are plenty of others who actually know how to treat a customer.

They provided the WORST service I have ever received. The driver was rude right from the beginning, they took us to the wrong location even after confirming everything on the phone. Then they claimed it was my fault we were taken to the wrong place. When I spoke to a manager after the fact, he was completely useless and clearly does not know the meaning of customer service. He refused to resolve any of the issues. If you want to avoid terrible service, avoid this limo service! There are plenty of others who actually know how to treat a customer.
