    Unhelpful and hard to deal with

    My family has had repeated problems just trying to book appointments here. they just don't seem to care about their patients, the phones VERY often go to answer phone, calls can take days to get replied to, feels like you are a hassle for them to deal with you, ahhhgggg the list goes on!
