Waited 2 and half hours with only 6 people ahead of me. Many people were called before me so I finally complained to the receptionist She said had been calling my name and I was a "no show" and would have to go on the bottom of the list. Please hire someone who can pronounce english names or have a sign that spells the name so people know who is next. I would never do back. Either she mispronounced my name very badly or she did not call me. I think both are unacceptable. Sunday January 7, 2018
