Unpleasent visit

fish wasnt fresh and had some awful odor and the batter came out soggy, great service however and very noisy cant really sit down and enjoy

Now here is a fish and chips shop its worthy to have a name and serve good food. The service was great with smiles and the atmosphere was great. The interior decor was also great with the theme of fishing/sea life.

I have travelled all over Canada, the states, as well as new zealand, australia, and china, and i have never had fish and chips like captain georges! i miss it so much, please create a store in calgary!!!!

I got take out from here a few weeks ago. It was very good for the price. Only 9.95 for 2 pc of fish and chips and they have a one pc luch serving for only 5.95 which they were willing to give us at supper time. I don't think I would ever dine in here. Very noisy and can't get a beer with my fish and chips.

This is the best Halibut in town. The salad was great also. The service is very quick. The only downside of this place is their fries which always taste dried out, which is why I order the fish and salad instead.

I ordered 2 pieces of fish and chips. The pieces were big, but not very thick, and mostly batter. After 2 pieces, it was not very filling. The fries were very good, but I like to get filled eating the fish and not just on chips. I may go back again since there are not many fish places in this small town, but the size was definitely not filling.
