Abysmal service, no person to person contact. More than one half a year after moving their office, they have yet to update their website and online information. Rude and threatening to criticism

Never respond to your calls or emails. Very frustrating if you are an owner of a condo unit. We have tried calling over 10 times and sent emails. Responses over the phone are: we will call you back. Absolutely no response to emails

In total agreement with the other two previous reviews: TERRIBLE COMPANY. Their staff is rude and doesn't return phone calls or respond to emails. Don't get fooled by their introduction, once you're stuck with them it's only problems. Stay away from this company. They promise the moon and deliver crums... just enough to meed the minimum of their contract and even then...

AVOID VAL ROCA

The staff at the company are either none existent or do not care at all about their business. About a month ago they sent me a bill totalling a little over five hundred dollars. When I called & emailed to find out why I was ignored for over two weeks. Two weeks after the third email was sent they re sent me the bill..After reading other peoples comments about the company it does not appear to be an isolated incident. I would strongly advise you avoid Val Roca.

Don't touch Valroca with a 10 foot pole

Terrible company, rude staff, and unreasonable to deal with. Having recently moved out of a condo that these people manage, I can tell you they're one of the most difficult companies you'll ever deal with. They'll tell you it's ok to do something, then turn around and charge you astronomical fees for doing it, while claiming that they never gave you permission to do it in the first place. When you talk to Valroca on the phone, it's clear their staff just don't care about you, nor do they care to do a good job. Our condo board pays them huge management fees, and they have nothing to show for the money - just rude staff, huge charges and fines levied for trivial things, and whole lot of red tape. If you're a condo board looking for a management company, do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM VALROCA!!! If I could give them -5 stars I would.
