Keep in mind I never leave reviews but new customers deserve to be aware. A complete disappointment, poor communication!! On July 16th I dropped off my vehicle 8 am and communicated to the representative Jose that I required my vehicle on 18th at noon, I reiterated the importance of this time as my wife required the vehicle in the afternoon. Jose confirmed this would not be a problem at all and reassured the vehicle would be delivered at this time. I dropped by July 18th and nothing was done

I recently got some repairs done on my car and Milano did some excellent work. I was initially skeptical because their quote was considerably lower than a competitor's quote I received. They did such a great job that I can't even tell where the initial damage was. I also got Milano to repair a few other scratches I got over the years. My car was ready in three days as promised. It was a pleasure dealing with David and Beatrice. I would highly recommend Milano Autobody to my friends and family.
