The communication with them is not close to none, it is inexistent. The worst customer service I have ever encounter by far. You send emails, you leave voice mails they just don t care to respond back to their clients.
Updated payment information by phone on July 10th
-Called on July 12th left message: Still no call back.
-Called on August 12th left message : Still no call back
-Called on August 13th left message : Still no call back
-E-Mailed on August 13th : Still no reply back
-Received an e-mail saying my account was suspended on August 13th.
-Called today 2019-08-20 and spoke to an extremely rude woman who told me the line was for emergency purposes only and that she could not help me……………………………………………
