Bought a Wilier from Ken a couple years ago. He helped me buy the right bike for the area and my interests. Still works great with the included tuneups. I think maybe I pay an extra dollar or two when I need new parts but the overall value is great. I know I’m not getting what I don’t need and don’t know it, such is Ken’s great guidance. Going back for a fat bike next I think.

Cycle Power Bad Business Practice

Be very aware when purchasing bicycles from this stores as they do not have any type of return policy like other bike resellers stores. I had spent $500 on a "Genesis" which I was convinced by him it was a good bike and after doing some research for that brand name there is even no article or info. on this specific brand. The owner Ken Power is not helpful and will take no returns so when you buy a bike from here "all sales are final"! People should have the right to return a bike if they are not happy with the product especially with the bike not being more than one day old but meeting up with him and even offering a 33% loss on my part with my bike he still said "NO" without no remorse. He is the business owner and you should expect more professionalism and better business practice and I will never recommend anyone to his store ever again! What a horrible experience.
