Sharky's scuba - a terrible store - stay away!

I went to this store looking for recomendation to buy a good scuba mask (I am not expert), traveled to the caribean and realized that I could not reach my nose in case I need to adjust the pressure when descending. Two weeks after, went to the store two times trying to exchange the mask they did not change nor return my money. Talked to the Owner Mr. Mike Morris by phone who told me the mask was a personal product and will not change it which I think is wrong because scuba masks are rented everywhere. All this has been a wasting of time and money. I will never buy again in this store and my recomendation is to stay away if you don't want to have a bad time with that people.
