Went in to get basic, normal safety, my car was just safetied at the Hyundai dealership 36 days ago. I got a ride home from their driver, very unprofessional. Car was bottoming out on the road, I did not feel safe. I could hear parts banging around under the car as we drove over bumps. 6 hours after I dropped my car off, they call me telling me I need $2,000.00 of work done and there’s no way it passed a safety 36 days ago. One of the parts he said it needed was just replaced 2 months ago.
Excellent service. First iced them @4years ago. I knew nothing about them. Without even asking for my credit card, they offered me a loaner car as repair would take several days. On my return to them on Wednesday of this week, with a big scratch on my brand new Venue, excellent service. They sympathized with my self caused scratch and offered to drive home. The repair was done as scheduled and once again, they picked me up. It’s definitely a family business. They always made me feel safe.
They did a great job investigating and communicating the issue with our car. Good to go again!
My experience was already two years ago. I received prompt and excellent service. One of the services provided was the clean air test. My car passed and I was given excellent advice. Now, th test has to be repeated.
