I love this place— so affordable and convenient! Jenny is awesome and always tries to accommodate customers. I especially like the eyebrow wax and pedis.

she doesnt take her full time with a customer...she can be serving u and at the same time answering phone and talking to others customers...basically there is no professionalism there....they need to learn more about customer service because its very poor...they dont know how to serve customers....too bad....

Awful service

Terrible service, went in for pedicure and manicure with a friend. she didn't even let our feet soak skipped scrubing n went right to painting our nails.15mins after she had booked 2 more clients. she literally kicked us out off our chairs with wet paint. one of the 2 clients had the same experience n ended up waiting with us while more clients kept on coming. When asked, she said i will do your manicure if the next client comes in late. We left with unfinished service

I would like to complain about their loyalty system. I have been to the Cony nail spa for past few years. I have tried their pedicure and eye brow wax. They have a reward system that if I do pedicure for 5 times and I get one free. Cony puts me the reward system and I was collecting the points. I was not be there for often because 30$ pedicure is expensive for me. But I was there for last summer for few times and this summer for once. Today, I went to there to get my eye brow wax done.
