    Terrible company! They strung us along for 3 months and had lost our order. They then refused to honour our original agreement due to employee turnover. Do not deal with them.

    We were given one price for a door, then the ETA for it to be installed was missed by over a month. Many emails and calls trying to track them down, more promises made, then the quote suddenly increased by $400 after being promised they would honor our first quote. Avoid Big City Windows and Doors.
