I called this office to book an eye exam. The woman who picked up was immediately disrespectful and rude. I was overly pleasant with her on the phone, but that seemingly made her more annoyed with me. When she told me that he is only in-office once a week on the day that i work - i was disappointed and said I guess i'll have to go elsewhere, she said back in a disrespectful tone, "NOT A PROBLEM" and hung up on me. She completely ruined my mood. Why be like that? I won't be going back.
