I had an amazing experience with Neil and the team at Carstar Oakville East! I received a competitive estimate and free shuttle service to/from home. The work was finished earlier than promised, and when I went to pick up my car it was completely cleaned inside and out. You can't even tell there had been damage! I highly recommend these guys for repair work - you'll be very happy with the result!

Carstar's Oakville East location treated me to one of the best customer experiences I have had in a long time. The receptionist (Melissa) welcomed me into the bright and comfortable reception area, and I was promptly greeted by the appraiser (Neil), who was very friendly and professional. Melissa arranged for my rental vehicle and the repairs were done properly and on schedule. They even left me with a small vial of touch-up paint in case I had stone chips, etc. Excellent from start to finish!

Run Away!

These people may seem nice until you have a problem. Then they just ignore you for as long as they can. No communication whatsoever from the shop . If you have a problem they are not willing to work with you. If you don't agree with the repairs to your vehicle the owner will freak out. He'll even tell you that you are trying to get repairs for free.
