This is a wonderful building. It is very well maintained and well run. Everyone is friendly; the grounds are lovely too.

Wonderful property with beautifully landscaped grounds. Great amenities. Large suites and the maintenance fees are very low when compared to comparable properties. These buildings are extremely well maintained and very quiet. Excellent property manager.

This is an incredible building extremely well maintained 24 hour concierge, along with fantastic management the property Manager is very helpful compare to other condo mangment in buildings that I have lived in !!

Awful management -Rude- unprofessional-unethical property manager

Unbearably loud atmosphere. Drilling, Hammering from 5-6 am in the morning till 2am at night, even on weekends and holidays. Highly incompetent property manager.
