Friendly and professional. My dogs love her and she does a great job.

This groomer did not provide the services she said she did . It was very evident that One star is one too many. My dog was not bathed ,although she said it was. 30 minutes is in no way enough time to complete all the grooming necessary to groom my type of dog. For the first time , my senior dog appeared nervous upon further grooming with this person. I did not like her demeanor. I found her Ill manered , uninterested and around unprofessional. Personaly I would not recommend her as a groomer.
