Nova Tile & Carpet

I bought four boxes of porcelain backsplash tile. Installed about half and realized that the colour did not match. One box was a lighter color and I had to uninstall 10 of the tiles and exchange the box for the correct ones. Even though it was their mistake they wanted us to pay for the used ones. Their mistake would have cost us another $50. After a lengthy argument they exchanged the full box.

Took the stress out of a renovation snag

A huge thank you to Tom and Carm. They were able to retrieve tiles to match from 8 years ago just by looking at a tile for 2 seconds. All house renovations hit snags and Nova Tile reduced the stress to nothing... Thanks guys
