Everybody in the Office are very friendly. The Dr is very helpful and friendly.

I had one of my worst experiences ever. Dr Joseph elmalem was not friendly at all. I felt very uneasy. At the end of my session I asked him about my dry eyes and he said in a very rude way . You didn't address it in the beginning and turned his back on me. I didnt know I had to address it because in my mind he would have seen it when he did the comprehensive exam. He didn't even take a second to talk to me. I understand it's my fault for being ignorant but as a professional don't you think you c

Doctors are great but the office staff is horrible and it’s obvious they don’t want to be there. After 20 years of attending there we are not returning

I saw Dr. Levan as Dr. Elmalem was away. Dr. Levan was excellent in every way: very polite and made me feel at ease. I have seen Dr. Elmalem for the last three years and he is also excellent. The staff have always been polite and helpful. As I have a mobility problem, they brought the form to fill in to me and picked it up so that I wouldn't have to get up. All in all, a very pleasant office with excellent optometrists.

Staff at this office is horrible. I won’t go back after the way they spoke to me. Just patronizing me constantly. Everything is someone else’s fault never theirs.
