Don’t waste your time here. On multiple occasions I have booked the first appointment they have available only to find out that two and a half hours later they still haven’t started working on the car. What’s the point of making an appointment if you are just going to prioritize walk-ins?? It does make sense to do this because they make more money in a day, but they are doing it at the expense of YOUR time. Save yourself the hassle and just drive past this pathetic mess of a place.

Booked an appointment with Maurice and when I got there he said he didn’t have me in the records. Unprofessional, unreliable and if this guy can’t record appts correctly, they shouldn’t be in business as how can you trust your car with them. Terrible service. Maurice is rude and arrogant and should not be in customer service. Ace the owner should fire this guy. Would highly recommend going somewhere else with better staff!

Worst experience ever! The manager “Maurice” charged for a reaper and a part that was not even repaired or replaced on my vehicle! After I drove away I realized my turn signal was still not working. I went back to the shop and asked why I was charged for a repair and part that never took place. He did not even say sorry or that it was a mistake, he just refunded my money and said nothing to me. Don’t ever take your vehicle there for repairs!

The staff was kind, attentive, and offered advice. They also made sure that my wait time was minimum as I had my infant daughter with me. I have visited this location several times and always leave satisfied with the service.

Poor Customer Service and Poor Quality

Active Green and Ross located in Newmarket provided me with the utmost dissatisfying service that I have ever received. The receptionist Maurice was extremely rude and when I had a concern regarding the work-order, he told me "go take a walk". Very unprofessional, if I could rate this place 0/5 Stars, I would. This is my personal view and I personally would not recommend anyone to this location, not even for an oil change.
