Fantastic service for the past 3 years I've had them. They send an email every snow storm, and I really love their next day Call-Back service since the city grader loves to plow us in overnight. Thank you Worry Free!
Well what can I say nice other than the name sounded great at first but the first year was starting good but quickly went downhill with inconsistent service times when snow removal was needed most. I tried working around their service times hoping to leave for work before they arrived only to see my laneway still covered when I returned from work and to make matters worse being met with a city street plow mountain in front of my laneway making it impossible to drive in!
Je suis vraiment décu du service et ce n’est pas la première fois. J’ai hésité pour les reprendre cette année versus une autre compagnie.!Depuis les 2 dernières années ils passent nettoyer au moins 7heures plus tard. 2 fois cette année ils ont passé pour rien et quand c’est le temps du tempete ils ont passé a 3 heures de l’après-midi…La déneigeuse de la ville a passée laissant un gros bordage…. les entrée des voisins sont faites.Après 1 courriel et 2 appels mon mari a du passer la souffleuse..
I've been using Worry-Free for over 8 years, and they -- along with their walkway team -- have been great at clearing snow promptly and completely. One time years ago the walkway team did not show, but one call to Worry-Free and they were back! And the job was perfect! Thanks Worry-Free!
Very professional company, leaves me not worrying about the winter snow problems. Going on my 3rd year and know my walkway and driveway will be clear and safe. Safe because i bought their delivered ice remover product.
We are new to Ottawa and came from a place where we rarely got snow! Most people on our street seemed to use WF so I decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did. They came on a timely basis to clear our driveway and considering how long the winter season is here, the price was worth it. We appreciated not having to break our backs shoveling snow!
Since moving to Ottawa I’ve been using WorryFree for clearing the driveway in the winter months. I appreciate that WorryFree notifies you of any expected snow events and I really like their Quick-Pass clearings after large snowfalls. Although I discovered that all snow contractors have increased their prices this year, I will continue to use WorryFree for their professionalism and quality work.
Worry Free Snowblowing has lived up to their name. I can sometimes work unpredictable hours and the last thing I want to worry about in the winter is clearing my driveway or walkway of snow. I’m always confident they’ll be there.
Excellent service in clearing driveway and sidewalk! It is especially appreciated that they come after the city street is plowed and get rid of the pile of snow the city plow leaves.
Worry Free has been clearing our snow for at least 10 years and they continue to improve every year! Last year 2021-22 season they were very prompt and thorough in keeping our driveway cleared. I like their call back feature, and I appreciate that they offer a seniors discount even though it’s only 5%. I look forward to another year of continued great service.

This company is terrible, please dont waste your money. Last time they week they didnt show up and told me I didnt pay for the service. How can I have your company sign in front of my driveway if I didnt pay? Today they were supposed to start shoveling around 7 am and now its 9.30 am , as usual they didnt send anyone . How we will get out of the house to work ? WORSE COMPANY
