Awful, non-existent customer service

Blue Hawaii was referred to us by a Pool Cleaning firm to repair our cement pool. In July they were supposed to come to assess the job. Over the next two months I spoke with Ted, one of the owners, numerous times and each time he promised to come by and never showed up. The last time we spoke he went on a passive-aggressive rant and hung up. That week we found a real pool professional who came by, assessed and repaired the pool in 3 days.
