M. Lube + Pneus

I am beyond disappointed with Mr. Lube on Main Street in Milton. Last year, on December 20, 2023, I entrusted them with servicing my vehicle, and they were the last ones to handle my tire lock key. Fast forward a year to 2024, and when it’s time to replace my winter tires, I discover the lock key is *missing*! When I opened the under-trunk compartment, everything was there *except* the lock key. Their response? “It’s your responsibility.” Excuse me? I don’t open the trunk or handle the tires.

We have been visiting this location for years. We went yesterday and they refused to change our winters/summers claiming that our lug nuts were not the right ones. We had been changing over our tires there for years with no issue and suddenly there is one? They had the guile to charged us for a tire rotation on top of the oil change! Our mechanic at the dealership said there���s nothing wrong with our lug nuts and that they are just trying to get us to spend money. Lost a loyal customer.

They were fast, efficient, and didn’t try to upsell me. I left feeling educated about my car, and I really appreciated that they checked out so many things and let me know how my car was doing. The employees were professional and communicated with each other in a well practiced and efficient way. I’d go again every time.

They are not professional, wrong information was provided at the time of service and when i called they said that’s wrong information. Very disappointing.

I want to reiterate what others are saying.... DONT GO HERE!! WORST SERVICE EVER! I went to get my tires balanced and drove 300m when I noticed both my left tires were FLAT. They refused to take any responsibility for it and they were EXTREMELY RUDE and disrespectful to boot. $90 is also way too much to pay for this service. Now you know.
