Buyer Beware
Buying from Wisebuys is strongly not advised! Beware. Please learn from my mistakes. We purchased a fiberglass double-entry door system with top lite for our new home. We fell in love with the ironwork in the door lite windows, so we decided to purchase the front entry system from Wisebuys while having all our other windows and doors furnished by Golden Windows. The door system was riddled with a multiple manufacturing flaws. It was months before they attempted any repairs, and only occurred on my persistence. A multitude of un-returned phone calls and messages. They attempted repairs on two occasions with poor workmanship and compounding mistakes. When I demanded a refund and for them to remove the faulty product from my property, I am provided with excuses, followed by silence. I am still left with a non-functioning door system. Buyer beware. There are far more reputable dealers out there.
