Provided my taxes 3 weeks ago, was given a time frame of 4-5 days, maybe a bit more as he mentioned he was busy. No follow up, unless initiated by myself or my wife. 3 weeks later when I called to get a date and time they would be finished was told tomorrow. Tomorrow never came, he called me at 830pm and told me they had never been started and that he was busy. We are owed a significant refund and he has robbed us of 3 weeks of our time and money. Completely unprofessional, do not use this man.
