We had an issue with our 3 year old wicker sectional and were amazed with the customer service we received from Steve when we brought it to his attention. It is obvious that Steve values his customers and stands behind th products Patio Palace sells. He replaced our entire set not just the damaged pieces at no cost to us in anyway! We went to Patio Palace because we wanted quality outdoor furniture for our backyard and when we had an issue they took care us beyond our expectations.
