I went to Highbury Ford for repairs covered under recall warranty. I was told to bring the car in the morning, so that I can pick it up in the evening. I did as the person suggested. Later that day, the technician called me to say that they'll need it for one more day because it's a bigger job than expected. Although, this wasn't ideal for me, but I thought it was understandable. The next day, I was waiting for a call, so I can pick up my car. No call. I called late afternoon and they said that
