If you want to take home the hot sauce used on Pita Pantry sandwiches, you can!,Pita Pantry sells bottles of Chetty's Hot sauce. ,Take home the Chetty Classic or try Lime, Pineapple, Garlic or BBQ Jerk Marinade.
While the inside of the Pita Pantry isn't much to look at, beyond an impressive collection of Coca-Cola memorabilia collected by the owner, the food is absolutely fantastic.
The restauant is run like any fast food place, but you won't find anything greasy here. The pita pantry relies mainly on pitas, wraps, salads and soups. The recommended pita, and the one thing that most servers will ask you if you want is the chicken ceasar pita. This is a pita filled with ceasar salad, croutons, and large chunks of chicken which are covered in a tangy red sauce, concocted and kept secret by the owner.
As said before, the decor is lacking as is the seating, but you can leave the Pita Pantry through a pair of french doors to enter directly into The Common Grounds, a coffee shop with the same owners, which is a much better experience if you dine in, or you can do what I and most others do and get take-out.
