First Choice Haircutters

1pm appointment Sep/2020. Hair stylist not finished with client 1:05pm. Went to Shoppers, waited for phone call. 1:15pm still no call, returned to the salon. Chastised for being late however allowed to keep appointment. Told they do not phone clients, not allowed to wait in car, must wait outside by the door. Inside - instructed not to touch anything, sit in chair and place my purse & coat on my lap. In salon 1:15pm - out 1:30pm. Styled my own hair - not offered assistance. I will not return.

I have Julie give me a perm and she does a wonderful job. I am glad their salon is so easy to get too and has lots of parking.
