Distinctly Patio

If I could give less than a zero I would. Horrendous! Ordered a beautiful set. When it came there were screws sticking out the sides, legs were the wrong colour and size and cushions were faded. They gave me storeroom cushions as replacements. They refused to give me a refund and it's been 3 months with no resolutions. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

I would highly recommend Distinctly Patio for all your patio furniture needs. The staff are kind and considerate and very helpful. They are very knowledgeable of the furniture and products they sell. I have been very happy with everything we have purchased and the quality is excellent.

We love Distinctly Patio, and found Meghan and Amelia to be very helpful salespeople. They were knowledgeable of the product lines and made great suggestions. We look forward to shoppping with them again.

When purchasing from this company everything is great. Customer service after they have received payment in nonexistent. I tried many times to get a response regarding a defective item. Kim will not respond to emails or phone calls. I would not buy from this company for that reason.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great selection at reasonable prices. Loved out new patio set last year and hope to get a dining set soon, we will definitely return!
