Close Veterinary Clinic

My first review in ~10 years. When Dr.Close sold the business, I noticed two things right away:the new owner got rid of the adorable in-house front desk cats and increased all fees (pre-pandemic!). Otherwise, I didn't mind going here, it was very convenient. In December 2024, when my 6 lb teacup chihuahua was ?Sreaming and in pain, the earliest they told me they can see him was 1:30 p.m! Thats how they chose to prioritize my suffering baby...He deserved more. Good luck to you and your pets?

DR Bob is the kin...

DR Bob is the kindest, most gentle vet that has taken care of my Newfoundland dogs! He sincerely loves the animals he takes care of...Chloe loves going to visit DR Bob and his lovely staff. I travel all the way across town to have Dr Bob take care of Chloe- it's worth the drive when it is your loved one.

Great care - but they can overcharge

The care I experienced was amazing - most of the staff is friendly nice and honestly just seem to be great people. However, one girl got my address and phone number wrong when taking information on two occasions. The Dr. also charged me for an examination - when he didn't even LOOK at my dog. I spoke to him on two occasions and he gave me some bs and wouldn't compromise. I don't mind paying for good service and care - and most of the staff here are just awesome - but check your bill - make sure you are not charged for examinations that didn't occur.
