They gave me a better deal on property insurance but never bothered to send insurance information to my mortgage company which cost me $250 fee due to their carelessness and they had the decency to charge me a cancellation fee even though the sole reason i canceled was due to the $250 fee. So thanks to them I'm out of pocket $250 from my mortgage company + $149 from McDougall which canceled all the savings they gave me plus more.
