Terrible, he promised many many things during the walk though. He didn’t show up for 3 months, when he finally bothered to come he upped his quote 3x. I agreed because I was a little cornered. He didn’t do 1/3 of the job. And the work he was bad terrible.

went to get a quote for a patio install well over 2 weeks ago. They said they would call with the price and never called at all. Obviously they aren't too concerned with getting business

Cover the misaligned, unattractive peak of the inside and outside of the roof so that the wood actually matches. 2. Fix the overhang so that it’s aligned. 3. Get rid of the permanent footprints which were clear-coated over on the deck. What happened to your being appalled by the work your sub-contractor did? 4. Give me the garden space you promised. 5. Fix the pole with brackets and hangers
