Service Manager (Kathryn Hall) refused to honour $250 VW voucher issued with a recall notice after I confirmed before I had work that I could use against an $200 oil change. When I said I wasn't paying based on that she said, and I quote, "I will just keep your car" - wonder how many times she goes to that well. I am a senior on a fixed income and felt I was taken advantage of. Furthermore she was rude and insensitive throughout the process.
