The absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. A part ordered stopped working after two days. Called to have new part shipped and return old one. Call back 3 days later rep I dealt with had family emergency (totally understandable) so I need to start process over again. New rep tells me owner will call back to restart process. One week passes and no call I phone back speak with rep i’m told same thing wait for owner. Repeat 3 more times over 1 month. [Limited by character limit]
