Herb's Plumbing & Heating

I have been using Herbs Plumbing for years. Had 3 toilets put in, a full house water filtration system, a drinking water RO system, and several plumbing repairs. They always checked their work before leaving and returned promptly when there were any issues. They always responded right away even in the middle of winter. Cost was reasonable and they never tried to sell me something I didnt need. If you are looking for an honest plumber, Herbs is the one to call.

Herb is an excellent plumber, fair pricing and fast work. He did my complete house, new construction. He was on time and very pleasant to work with.

Way over priced!!! Charge $125 per hour ... plus an extra $125 per hour travel/clean-up time (business is about 5 minutes away from my house). The kicker was they couldn't clear the clogged sewer pipe a couple hours of work and had to call in another guy to do the job. They stilled charged me $800!

Fast and Friendly

I left a message in the morning and got a call back before lunch. Herb's Plumbing and Heating had my problem fixed by 1:45 that same afternoon. WOW!

I have been trying to have an old toilet fixed, for nearly three weeks now. One pluming company just didn't have time to come fix a toilet, one company couldn't find my house and said I wasn't home (I was) and a third company couldn't return a phone call to schedule an appointment over a two week period, and two unreturned phone messages. So, I moved on to plumbers in PortHope. I found Herb's Plumbing. Called them in the morning, and an hour later, their plumber was here, and had the toilet fixed within an hour. He had the part I needed on his truck. Efficient, polite, professional.
