Great Sales & Service While Buying Poor Follow Up
While the salespeople and manager were great to deal with while buying my car, the follow up has been very poor. I waited a few weeks for floor matts, a remote and a service book from them which was okay, but it's been over two months and I'm still awaiting a Nav Disc. The origional Nav Disc they provided me was purchased on ebay and did not work with my Range Rover as it was scratched. The promises that they have made have all been fulfilled but I'm still waiting on the disc.
