congratulations on being the lowest rated Mini dealership in Ontario. Service personnel give wrong information, go against owners manual then lie about it.

This dealer has since changed ownership and has been nothing but excellent. Friendliest most helpful staff I have met of any dealer. If you want a place where they know your name and treat you like a friend, this is the place.

Absolutely worst ...

Absolutely worst service ever! They seem very nice and friendly but aren't. You will get billed more than you expect. Had a huge fix on my car that cost about $2000 and half of it was under recall (that they did not charge me for). They said it would take a couple days but it actually took 3 weeks. Two weeks later it broke and had the same error code as stated in the bill. However, they said they will not cover it because it is a different area. Would REALLY recommend going elsewhere.
