I had a great experience using this company.I shipped 2 pallets/half a cargo container of personal effects from Toronto to Tokyo and everything went smooth as silk.John(I believe his name is) was helpful and so his brother as was the secretary too. Prices were very good,thats why I chose them at first but after getting fast e-mail replies compared to other companies I decided these were the guys Id use.They even were willing to accomodate some custom requests I had.5 star experience all the way

I would not give this company even one star -terrible company. We provided a service - and never received even one payment. Finally picked up our unit after many unreturned calls/emails. THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR BILLS.
