Very bad customer Service. I ordered a sofa and love seat which were not delivered on time and they were made totally different than what I ordered. The delivery people were not professional at all. Do not waste your time and money there.
Not worth to buy something . Worst customer service . Late deliveries . Rude delivery persons and not satisfied even with my special order item.
i was listing the radio ... i just thought let check the Friends furniture mall in brampton i was looking for whole house furniture the sale guy sukhjit help me out how to find solid wood and real leather . he help to get wht i want and they have lots of variety there in showrooms.. go and vist you find wht i mean
i went to buy a mattress , the sale guy help me to find out good mattress the delivery was on time.

I recently bought three piece sofa/couch along with coffee table. I really got a great deal. after purchasing, I found a scratch on the coffee table and this guy replaced the table without asking much question. In brief great price, great service.
i never trust desi stores but one of mine friend refer me i was wrong this guys provided sales after service to Our initial dinning table was extremely damaged upon opening the box. friends furniture exchanged it without any hassle and no extra charge of delivery ....thanks garry my sale rep

I visited the store quite frequently that a salesman recognized me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Eventually, I found the a couch with a flattering sofa, with the help of the salesman, and there was a discount applied to my purchase.

We had the matress support missing from our daughters bed (which apparently had to be bought seperately but we didnt know) and friends furniture made sure the it was taken care of within 24hrs, and free of cost because we were not aware of it in advance. We really appreciate it! Thanks alot!!! .
